Market Opens:
Indian indices opened on a negative on March 15 with Nifty around 22,000 amid weak global cues. The Sensex was down 186.66 points or 0.26 percent at 72,910.62, and the Nifty was down 54.10 points or 0.24 percent at 22,092.60. About 1557 shares advanced, 862 shares declined, and 96 shares unchanged. Power Grid Corporation, NTPC, Tata Motors, Adani Enterprises and ONGC were among major gainers on the Nifty, while losers were BPCL, Grasim, SBI Life Insurance, Infosys and M&M.
