Nifty ends around 17,300, Sensex falls 300 pts; metals drag, realty gains Benchmark indices recovered from the day’s low point but still trading lower with Nifty below 17350. The Sensex was down 210.71 points or 0.36% at 59,077.64, and the Nifty was down 54.00 points or 0.31% at 17,338.70. About 1500 shares have advanced, 1690 shares declined, and 122 shares are unchanged.
