Equity markets held firm gains in early trade on Tuesday as benchmark indices again scaled fresh highs.
Extending early gains, the BSE Sensex rose over 200 points to its new high logged for a fourth day at 62,724, and the NSE Nifty50 also hit a fresh high for a second session to 18,631.
